Our delivery model
Scaleup365 delivers global hiring through three combined capabilities. Availability differs across them — a region we source from is not automatically a region where we can employ someone through EOR, and vice versa.

Employer of Record
In supported Middle Eastern markets, approved EOR partners handle employment contracts, payroll coordination, benefits administration and local employment compliance support — subject to availability and local requirements.

Data residency, IP assignment, and notice periods differ by country.
Employer of Record availability
Where our Employer of Record partners are set up, we handle contracts, payroll, benefits and local employment compliance for you. Availability varies by country — we confirm the current list on the scoping call. We do not publish a country count on this page because a country appearing on a list is only meaningful if we can actually onboard someone there this week.
