How Scaleup365 handles candidate data, resumes, and consent.

1. What candidate data we collect
When you apply to join Scaleup365 or our candidate community, we may collect:
- Contact details: name, email, phone, location.
- Professional information: resume/CV, LinkedIn, skills, experience, salary expectations.
- Screening and assessment results.
- Consent preferences and communication history.
2. How we use candidate data
- To evaluate your profile for relevant opportunities.
- To coordinate interviews and share structured feedback.
- To communicate with you about roles, proposals, and onboarding.
- To improve our screening and matching processes.
3. Who can see your data
Your resume and contact details are never made public. They are visible only to Scaleup365 internal team members working on matching you with opportunities, and to specific employers only after you have given your consent for that opportunity.
4. Consent
We ask for your explicit consent before sharing your profile with an employer or before retaining your data beyond the period needed for an active opportunity. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
5. Data retention
We keep candidate data while it is relevant to active or anticipated opportunities. If you request deletion, we will remove your data unless we are required to retain it by law.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your candidate data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@scaleup365.com.
